I use AuthorStream most and have also used Slideshare, which also allows upload and sharing of not only PowerPoints but also documents and videos.

Create an account and upload your PowerPoint. The site converts PPT to flash, keeping audio and transitions intact. Share via email, by posting a link, or embedding on a CMS (such as Moodle). Examples of embedded PowerPoints:

+ For sharing any kind of file that may be too big for email or will slow down your server for Moodle (AKA sharing and storing on the cloud), try Dropbox or Box (5GB free). Also, for video messages, try Eyejot for video you can email or embed in Moodle or other CMSs without taking up a lot of space.
